					<description><![CDATA[I would be massively surprised - I work in Dundee libraries, which I&#039;m pleased to see not on the list - but nonetheless, I would be massively surprised if the city did not close at least two of it&#039;s smaller community libraries. Certainly compared to the rest of Scotland, we do have a great deal of them per capita.]]></description>

I have just done a count on the Cambs site and if they change all but 6 to the volunteer model then that is c.30 more libraries at the very least under threat.  Let me know as soon as anything definitely is known (published publicly) and I will definitely include.]]></description>
