I spoke to my local library staff, they shall remain nameless as I dont want them to lose their jobs. They passed on the head of service email address Jen_brittain@middlesbrough.gov.uk but I am still waiting for answers to my questions. A library service that will open 3 days a week if I am lucky, so I guess it time to get out my bus pass and travel around guessing which library is open on which day!

Middlesbrough Public Libraries arent cutting branches yet, just opening hours. The staff have been told not to talk about it.
