See http://www.gazettelive.co.uk/news/teesside-news/2010/08/24/mayor-seeks-public-view-on-middlesbrough-council-cuts-84229-27121246/&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I spoke to my local library staff, they shall remain nameless as I dont want them to lose their jobs.  They passed on the head of service email address Jen_brittain@middlesbrough.gov.uk but I am still waiting for answers to my questions.  A library service that will open 3 days a week if I am lucky, so I guess it time to get out my bus pass and travel around guessing which library is open on which day!]]></description>
