It is proper parliamentary language. However, those of us who are not constrained by parliamentary language may prefer other words: obfuscating, deceitful, duplicitous . . . are just three, but visit your local library for a wider selection. Hurry on down before the Philistines close it.

It is difficult to get proper dialogue with any authority which is so dissembling; it is the same with Ed Vaisey’s “time and space”.

If meaningful dialogue is denied in this way what alternatives are available? Answers, please, in two hundred and fifty words, oh, and with proper grammar and correctly punctuated.

It was in the list put out last year by the CLG. Good points about ‘co-location’ squeezing libraries in to smaller spaces.
