					<description><![CDATA[I placed the following (what I consider a very anodyne) comment on the DCMS &#039;Priceless&#039; Blog.  It has not been published :&lt;br /&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;Members of the public have a few ideas about  &quot;what is being missed&quot; by DCMS with regard to the Public Library Service. Alas, such views have to date been ignored. &lt;br /&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;Do you anticipate that the Secretary of State, the Minister, or senior people in the Civil Service will read your Blog and the comments thereon ?
