When there is no discussion about a permanent site for Wootton Fields Library and the proposed relocation is to a small temporary mobile building, how can Cllr Smith say that anyone has been misled about the closure of the library? Unless she has a last minute change of heart, Wootton Fields library at its current location is, in fact, closing.
