Ed Vaizey seems to be a past master at creating fudge- perhaps he should become the Cornish Minister for that commodity (If the lovely people of Cormwall would accept someone who seems to be totally incapable of taking decisuions).
He had issued a number of "not minded to" this presupposes that he actually has a mind! He seems reluctant to uphold the 1964 Act and seems to consider it to be an unneccessary piece of legislation that has interferred with his sole purpose of total inaction, presumably preventing him from taking his daily 5 hour siesta!
Come on Mr Vaizey, wake up, by allowing so many library closures you are helping to destroy the future of our young people, libraries are inportant places of education and also places where many elderly get help and advice from the very knowledgeable staff. These policies bear a great resemblence to those followed by the Nazi party in 1930s Germany- prevent the masses from having access to education!
