Although many of us (campaigners) have been critical of ACE from a leadership and policy point of view I don't know many, or any, that would gloat at their staff being made redundant, many in the sector have lost their own jobs and many of us are trade unionists who fight to save jobs every day. As for ACE's future involvement in developing and supporting the library sector, all I can see is more side-lining, diversification and divestment!
