Stockport and Tameside were both offering these services and still do.  The pattern is much more widespread in the US, I suspect as there are products such as Mosio http://www.textalibrarian.com/ making the management of these easier by creating a Hootsuite style dashboard, and also reflecting the free local calls pattern of US phone systems.]]></description>

Many have had to cut back on one to one IT training with the public and will really struggle to assist in delivering the governments &#039;digital by default&#039; targets.]]></description>
