					<description><![CDATA[Some of The libraries in Epping Forest already hosted council desks (not in itself a bad thing) but they have already seen significant cuts as part of the review of opening hours conducted by the county. Loughton used to be open into the evening all week and on sundays. Now it is open 9 to 5 monday to saturday. Other smaller libraries in the epping forest had cuts to their opening with closed days though some still have one evening a week.]]></description>
