What impact does the government imagine the closure of so many libraries will have on this position? How do they think the economy will grow in the future with a dumbed-down workforce?

					<description><![CDATA[I do like the idea of being able to buy a beer at the library but on second thoughts it might not be such a good idea when that beer is then accidentally spilt over the pages of a precious book!
