					<description><![CDATA[If Helen Goodman really wanted to make a point, she should gather together the Labour run councils and work out how to improve their libraries with the resources they have. 

She doesn&#039;t have to wait until the day there is a Labour Government to make an impact, she can do it right now. 

(we used to say the same to Ed Vaizey when he was in opposition -  but, for both of them,  their statements simply reveal how bogus they are, and how unable they are to comprehend the issues or begin to know what to do about them, other than complain or be vacuous )]]></description>
