					<description><![CDATA[It is untrue that the existing Volunteer run libraries have seen a fall in borrowing, I( a professional librarian, retired)run one highly successfully now we are a community centre, full of activities and children&#039;s borrowing has increased happily, another CPL has succeeded in expanding to double its size, another has a great Facebook page where you can see how activities and support for it have increased. Books are not everything, we are turning these libraries into fabulously supported hubs for our communities. It is a joy to work for my community]]></description>
