How many responses do you anticipate from people who are willing to admit their volunteer library is struggling/failing with this?  Will councils also queue up to express any concerns?  I think it most unlikely.  We will continue to be deluged with reassuring &#039;spin&#039; to promote divested libraries.  Iniquitous.]]></description>
