Darlington Borough Council are rushing through the process, consultation meetings are already announced hot on the heels of their recent announcement of multiple cuts to statutory and other services including two libraries and the mobile library, overwhelming cuts to many essential services in the town. Theale is my local library. I think the only way to keep them open is to make it a community library.
