We had a pathetic little question paper that was followed by a one hour workshop at which the senior of the two staff was so bored she may as well not bothered coming-everything was negative and we knew what the outcome would be -this was hardly fair or efficient. We put forward several ideas but she saw too busy to do anything about them. Bury shouldn’t treat it’s residents in this way especially as we have a large OAP and migrant percentage who all need libraries
