I think your editorial touches on a key point re drivers for library use. However, I would suggest the emphasis should be time poor rather than relatively affluent as my experience shows working adults are our lowest users even in deprived areas. We need a much better, 24/7 offer to really engage this group, with a strong focus on convenience & leisure
