West Norwood Library and Nettlefold Halls are still closed, no sign of work on the cinema/library that was originally planned to open last year. No sign of work at Carnegie or Minet on conversion to gyms either, and no planning permission granted. Waterloo library has moved to a token service in a church cafe at Lambeth North.
