Dear Mr. Anstice,

So would like to have you in the U.S.!
Here's our plight...
Byron, MN USA doesn't have a public library yet. We are 12 miles from the fabulous Rochester Public Library, Rochester, MN, USA, but it's so busy with little parking that it's hard to go to. We are a pretty wealthy suburb of mostly Mayo Clinic employees, but taxes are high and we have terrific schools. We need another new school now too.
Our Byron City Council is considering approval of a bond issue for Fall 2019 for a brand new public library. Our committee is the anchor for this project and we've been working for two years!
If you can give us any special advice we'd appreciate it. Love your devotion to your mission.
Thank you so much!

Jane Cabaya (retired area school librarian -- many districts around. Set up two new school libraries and put three school libraries on our local system-- SELCO.)
